What happens if I order the wrong part?
We guarantee that all our parts are in working order. We will replace or exchange for the correct part, but do not guarantee a fixed priced (for example, if you told us the vehicle was a 2001, but turns out to be a 2006, there may be a price difference for the part).
If you or your mechanic misdiagnosed the problem, we will help you find the correct part. If you only want to return the part, you will be charged a restocking/labor fee. See our warranty and return policy.
If we shipped the part and it is incorrect because the problem was misdiagnosed, you are responsible for the freight charges. The restocking fee also applies.

Does Liberty charge for parts requests?
No, this is a free service to our customers.
What if I have a problem with the part that I received?
It depends on the specific problem. We offer a 30 day warranty on parts that were received defective. Please refer to our warranty section for full explanation. If you did not need the part or mis-diagnosed the problem there will be a restocking/labor fee on returned parts.
What do I need to do to recycle my vehicle?

YES. The state of Missouri requires the seller's name to be on the front of title.
